Brandon received a track scholarship to Florida State University and was a member of their 2008 NCAA Championship Team.

2008 - 3200 Meter Relay State Champions

The Bison 3200 Meter Relay Team captured the 2008 A-AA State Championship with a time of 8:12.57. Sophomores, Christian Upchurch, John Pszenitzki, Jordan Dykes, and ,Senior, Spencer Bristol placed 5th in the 2007 meet after leading for 7 of the 8 laps in the race.  The three Sophomores immediately set their sites on the 2008 title.  Pictured above are the '08 Champions ,juniors, Upchurch, Pszenitzki, Dykes, and, senior, Zach Parker.

2009 - 3200 Meter Relay State Champions

The 2009 Station Camp 3200 Meter Relay Team successfully defended their '08 title setting a new school record of 8:08.22 at the state meet.  Pictured with their race splits are: Jordan Dykes (2:00.4); John Pszenitzki (2:03.7);        Nick Gammon (2:01.7); and Christian Upchurch (2:02.4)

WHISPER THOMAS - Whisper finished her high school career with another outstanding year in 2022.  In the AAA meet she defended her 100 meter STATE OUTDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP.  She was also STATE RUNNER-UP in the 200 meter dash and was a member of our state qualifying/school record setting 4 x 200 relay team.  She anchored the state qualifying 4 x 400 relay team as well. Whisper graduates holding school records in five events:  100, 200, 4 x 100, 4 x 200 and 4 x 400.  She was named Sumner County Track and Field Athlete of the Year in both 2021 and '22.  Whisper will continue her Track career on scholarship at Western Kentucky University.
