Hours of Operation

The SCHS Library Media Center is open from 7:30 am until 3:30 pm each school day.

Visiting the Library

We welcome students to visit the SCHS library throughout the day, but they must be wearing their current school ID and have a note from their teacher. Phones are not permitted in the library without permission from the Librarian or classroom teacher.

Circulation Policies

• Students may check out up to 5 items at a time.
• Books are checked out for a period of 30 days and may be renewed 2 times.
• Late fees on overdue library books are $0.10 per item per day.
• Students are responsible for fees on overdue or lost items.
• Please see Mrs. Brown or Ms. Phillips for the amount owed.

NO FOOD, DRINK OR GUM ALLOWED IN THE LIBRARY

Printing

Students may print from one of the library desktop computers. Color pages will incur a per page fee.
