2013 Summer Registration Dates

For students who are currently enrolled in a Sumner County school and zoned for SCHS: 

May 20 and 21, After School.  Please call 451-6553 for appointment.

Open to all new students: (no appointments)

Wednesday, June 19  9 AM to 1 PM

Wednesday, July 17 9 AM to 1 PM

County Wide New Student Registration: (no appointments)

Monday, July 22 8 AM to 2 PM 

In order to register for Station Camp High School,

the following documents must be presented at the time of registration.

1.  Birth Certificate

2.  For students coming from another state, a Tennessee health card which can be obtained from the

Sumner County Health Department located at 351 New Shackle Island Road, Hendersonville, TN

3.  Two proofs of residency (example: drivers license, voter registration card, contract on a house,

lease agreement, utility bill, property tax receipt)

4.  If transferring from another school during the school year, a withdrawal form from the previous school

5.  Name and complete address of previous school

6.  Custody papers, if applicable
