THE BISON CHESS CLUB
The first chess club started this school year by twenty eager students who had the love of the game and wanted to demonstrate their problem-solving skills. The average bright and fun-loving kids who just enjoy playing the game can join.
How You Can Join
All students are welcome to join. Students can benefit greatly from playing chess. Most people see chess as just a game, but research has proven that chess increases scholastic abilities including test scores. It exercises and stimulates the mind. It is a fun way for students to practice concentration, patience, logic, and mental calculations.
